Director of policy planning of Sri Lanka export Development Board Dayani Wegapitiya says, that Sri Lanka’s export income during the past 6 months was 7.7 billion dollars . It is an increase of 7.1 percent when compared with the same period last year. Expressing her views to the SLBC, she said that, there is the possibility of reaching the expected export revenue this year. According to the national export policy, the aim is to increase export income to 28 billion US dollars by 2022.
