Mendis, Dhanajaya fifties as Sri Lanka put up 307

The third day night One Day International between Sri Lanka and West Indies is taking place at Pallekele. Sri Lanka won the toss and scored 307 all out in their allotted 50 overs. Kusal Mendis and Dhananjaya de Silva made 55 and 51 respectively. In bowling Alzarri Joseph claimed four wickets for 65 runs. In reply, West Indies commenced their innings with a blistering opening stand between Shai Hope and Sunil Ambris with 56 and 60 runs respectively before Ambris was bowled by Wanindu Hasaranga. At present, West Indies are 218 for two wicket in 39 overs short while ago.
