State Minister Nimal Lansa says that steps will be taken at the forthcoming general election to get a two thirds majority to solve problems in the 19th amendment to the constitution and to prepare a new constitution. He pointed out that there was a power struggle between the former prime minister and the former president due to the 19th amendment. He said as a result the country could not be developed.
