The Elections Commission says that they have received complaints regarding displaying propaganda symbols and photographs of candidates on private buses, three wheelers and other vehicles violating election laws. It is a fault to display propaganda material on other vehicles other than on the private vehicle of the candidate. Chairman of the Elections Commission Mahinda Deshappriya directed to remove those propaganda materials pasted on vehicles.
