Former PM Ranil Wickremasinghe and several former MPs have summoned by the presidential commission to inquire on political victimization.

It has been ordered to former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe and the members of the anti-corruption committee to appear before the presidential commission to inquire on political victimization on the 7th of next month. The summons have been issued to the members of the committee former Ministers Mangala Samaraweera, Partalee Champika Ranawaka. Rahuf Hamee, Sarath Fonseka , Malik Samarawickrema and former parliamentarian M.A. Sumanthiran, Anura Kumara Dissanayake and R. Sambandan, J.C. Weliamuna, Jayanpathi Wickremaratne and secretary to the committee Ananda Wijepala as respondents.
