The Ministry of Justice has requested the public not to get misled by persons obtaining money by promising jobs. Justice Minister Ali Sabri has requested Police to arrest such persons immediately. A racket has been uncovered promising jobs at the Justice Ministry and obtaining money. A large group of youth has arrived at the Justice Ministry from Ampara, Negambo, Dankotuwa, Mount Lavinia and other areas with letters for interviews and appointments. It has been revealed a person by the name of Samantha has contacted young men and women over the phone and obtained money to the value of 17,500 to 185,000 rupees. Justice Minister Ali Sabri who had a discussion with the youth who came today, has informed CID to conduct an immediate investigation into the incident.
