The National Water Supply and Drainage Board says the public should continue to pay their monthly water bills, although a decision has been taken not to disconnect water supply to consumers who fail to pay their bills on time. The Additional General Manager of the Water Board Raj Kumar said consumers should continue to pay their monthly bill on the due date. He said while NWSDB bills will be formulated after usage is determined, consumers settling their bills within the first 14 days would receive a discount as well.
