Ministers point out the Speaker should take full responsibility for the present political crisis

Leader of the House Minister Dinesh Gunawardhana says, there were no parliamentary sessions today. He said that, the Speaker should take full responsibility for the unfortunate situation in parliament today. He said this during a media briefing at the parliamentary complex.

Minister Sussil Premajayantha pointed out former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe acted to create anarchy in the country.

Former speaker minister Chamal Rajapakse told media that the crisis occurred between the executive and the legislature due to the actions of the Speaker. He said that the Speaker acted according to the needs of one political party. He added that the Speaker should allow to express everyone’s views to create aa peaceful environment in the Parliament.
