The office of the Leader of the House has sent a letter to the Speaker notifying that Parliament sessions held on the 14th, 15th, 16th, 19th, 21st and 23rd of this month were against Standing Orders and the Constitution. A copy of the letter has been sent to the Secretary General of Parliament. The letter states, the Hansard copies of these sessions cannot be accepted, and calls for the reports not to be published. The letter has been signed by Leader of the House: Minister Dinesh Gunawardhana, Chief Government Whip: S.B.Dissanayake, and Ministers: Nimal Siripala De Silva, Vasudeva Nanayakkara, Wimal Weerawansa, Udaya Gammanpila, Mahinda Amaraweera, Chamal Rajapakse, and Douglas Devananda.
