Minister Sajith Premadasa plans a project to build 5,000 re-awakening villages

Minister Sajith Premadasa says a project will begin in 2020 to build 5,000 re-awakening villages. He told the opening of two newly built villages in Batticaloa that the new project would be launched under a President of the United National Party. The Minister went on to say that his present aim was to finish work on 2,500 re-awakening villages by 2020.
