Minister Sajith Premadasa vows to create an era in which only the masses enjoy the dividends of development. Addressing a ceremony in Moneragala, he also said that if given the opportunity, he would create a generation of rulers who suffer for the well-being of the people. The occasion was the opening of three reawakening villages that have been built at a cost of more than 45 million rupees.
