Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has said, a new era has begun for the people of Jammu & Kashmir, with the revocation of Article 370.

Addressing the nation last evening, Prime Minister Modi said, when some things are there forever, it is presumed that they will never change or go away, and Article 370 was something similar.

Mr. Modi alleged, the region’s ‘Special Status’ offered it with nothing but separatism, terrorism, corruption and family rule.

Describing Jammu & Kashmir as the “Crown of India”, the Prime Minister said, decades of dynastic politics in Jammu & Kashmir deprived the youth of the opportunity to take the leadership. He said, now, the youth of Jammu & Kashmir will lead in the development activities, and take it to a new height.

Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Ministry of Information & Broadcasting has launched a national slogan titled: ‘Say No to India’, and decided to ban all cultural exchanges with India, including all kinds of joint ventures in the entertainment industry of the two countries.
